What's up with the short hair?

I'm noticing a lot of women cutting their hair short. Wtf. I tend to prefer at least shoulder length and think most men do as well. There are exceptions but generally short hair is a no no. Some girls have the right short hair going on and then cut it even shorter.

Sometimes I want to ask why and tell them that they were better with the longer hair but I don't want to ruin their self esteem.
 
Short hair can be very attractive depending on the cut and face type. I actually prefer short hair because it shows the woman is willing to do something against the grain.
 
Believe it or not, women don't care about what you (or other strangers) think about their hair.
It's cooler and easier to manage, those are the two points made to me by women when I wondered the same thing years ago.

There are some women who have some SERIOUSLY nice hair at a longer length and then they just CHOP IT ALL OFF. D: :thumbsdown:

Some, NOT ALL. Duh. But MANY women are cutting it short. If a few were cutting it short and were originally short hair cutters to begin with then it would be OK, but this trend has been rising steadily in my field of view.

The idea that any women would care what you say seems unlikely. They would probably just laugh at your bert like eyebrows and your acne scars.
