What's under your ribs on the right side?

Under your ribs like below your last rib (furthest from your head) or below you ribs as in what occupies your chest cavity?

If you mean the first, its your liver. If you mean the second, then yes its your lung.

More often than not "slight pain" is just some muscle fatigue or you bumped against something without noticing.

MDPHd from Wiki University right here.

gall bladder? Does the pain bother you more often after a fatty meal?

I have pain right below my last rib on the right side from time to time. Doc said it's from constipation. My intestines are clogging up. Even though I'm regular, it's not enough apparently. Have had to supplement with Mirolax and Fiber.

TMI, I know, just thought it may be relevant to this post.

Is it under the ribs or in them? I get muscle pain in my ribs from time to time. Sometimes I can "pop" the ribs and it feels much better when I do. I hate when the pain is so much from that though to the point I have trouble breathing.

When my lung collapsed, it hurt way more in my back area than right under the ribs. Hopefully that's not your problem because. that. sucked.

It was closer to the head, maybe right beside the nipple. Nothing major but a discomfort and I was wondering what exactly was there.

I know I had it on the left side too before, and that had scared me since I though it was my heart.

You probably have a misaligned spine if you are having issues with ribs alignment.
