I have pain right below my last rib on the right side from time to time. Doc said it's from constipation. My intestines are clogging up. Even though I'm regular, it's not enough apparently. Have had to supplement with Mirolax and Fiber.
TMI, I know, just thought it may be relevant to this post.
Got a Costco near you? Get some of their Kirkland brand Natural Psyllium Fiber. It's dirt cheap which is why I'm sharing this story with you.
Long story really short. Two years of constant dull pain in my lower abdomen. Blood work, ultrasound, CAT scan, scoped from both ends and a bone marrow sample at the Oncologist. All negative. All through this Doc keeps asking if I'm taking a dump regular like. Answer is always yes and it's the truth.
He says the diagnosis is IBS and that there is medication for it, but wants me to try supplementing my diet with fiber as one last thing to try. Within 10 days, symptoms are better, within 3 weeks symptoms are gone. Still taking a dump like before but evidently things move sluggishly through my lower digestive tract.
TMI? I may have beat you!
