Beating up some stupid kid. When I was in grade six, this kid was in grade four I think.

Anyways, he would always annoy my friends and I at the bus stop and we'd often tell him to STFU. Anyways, one day his mom showed up at the door at night and she spoke to my parents. Apparently someone or some people beat the crap out of him and he wouldn't say who. But somehow she showed up at my freaking door. I got in huge shit because my parents wouldn't believe a word I said and listened to her instead. I saw him in passing the next day. Someone had seriously beaten the shit out of him.

I was a senior in high school. volunteered at St Hope Academy to help troubled kids.

Some kid told an administrator there that I hit him...but I didn't. It turns out it was some other mexican fella from my high school that was volunteering there.

But boy did they give me grief over it, after that incident I never went back.

when I was in like 7th or 8th grade, my sister had a bunch of her friends over to the house for a party... during the course of the party, my mom's purse went missing.

my mom blamed my sister's friends, my sister blamed me, and my sister's male friends promptly beat the living crap out of me trying to get me to admit to it.

and yeah... it was one of my sister's friends that stole it. :frown:

edit: back at summer camp, I was also accused of stealing some guy's clear water cologne... that was really only offensive because of how disgusting clear water smells.

Setting the school on fire. Fortunately it never got to the level of a formal accusation though.

One of my friends was accused of that almost constantly, but the red eye was actually caused from medication that he was taking to avoid epilepsy.

Not so severe for me. My red glazed-over eyes come from lack of sleep on a daily basis. Bad habits grow quick on me.

Cops tried to pin a series of dumpster fires on us in highschool. It was such a laughably pathetic shakedown attempt I was actively mocking the cops as they interviewed me.

Of course the whole issue of me being out of town the weekends these fires happened pretty much shut them down.

It all stemmed from us getting busted taking my moms car out when we were 15 a week after the last fire. Somehow these cops decided we would make perfect scapegoats for other crimes. They failed. They also failed on doing anything regarding us driving under age. Only one of us was charged with anything and he got off with charges dismissed.

Sleeping with my roommates' Ex. He still hates me to this day(this was ~4 years ago), even though I never did more than give her a hug.

When I was in elementary school I was reading a poster on the wall on my way back from the bathroom and I was following the words by pointing at them with a pencil. Some other teach comes out and thinks I'm writing on it, so she gets all mad and takes me by the arm to my teacher and tells her what I did and no matter how hard I tried to explain neither of them would listen. I was devastated, so much so that I remember the scene 15+ years ago.

I was accused of setting a house on fire. I was about 12 at the time, and a neighbhor kid I used to hang out with would no longer hang out with me. About a year after he quit hanging out with me, I asked him why. He said I set a house on fire down the block and "everybody knew it." I didn't even know a house was on fire a block down the road. I never heard of it until then. I still think they probably made it up, but he seemed quite convinced so maybe there was a house on fire.

I love Animals, and one day driving home from work (carpooling) with my brother when I was about 21, we were talking about animals or dogs, and if I remember right, we were talking about a car in front of us with a dog hanging out the window like it was about to fall out. I think he made the comment "You'd probably be happy if it did." That was quite a shock to me if I ever gave him the impression that I'd like to see an animal fall out of a car and run over on the highway.

I think it stuck me harder than the house on fire one.

I was the neighborhood scapegoat when I was younger, even though I never did anything bad.

One time, some neighborhood friends and I were playing basketball at the school and someone found a huge bottle of glue. Someone wrote "Nuggets" on the wall (inside joke at the time). Another person wrote a series of curse words. I didn't write anything.

Well, Apparently a fireman at the station next door to the school saw people writing on the school's wall, so he called the cops. They caught up with us walking back home, and all my friends immediately blamed me for everything. I asked the fireman if he saw me write anything, and he wouldn't say anything.

Well, I was banned from all the kids houses for a year after all their parents found out. What a crock.

Once, I smelled a fart and wondered aloud who was responsible. This prompted an accusation that "He who smelt it dealt it" implying that I was, in fact, the guilty party. It looked for a moment that I would be taking the fall for an act I did not commit. However, my innocence was reaffirmed when I surmised that "Who said the rhyme did the crime".

hahahaha, the story of the 4th grade reminded me of mine .... It was actualyl 3rd or 4th grade when this happened.

I ordered a 'cold lunch' which means you get like a sandwich and some other stuff, and not the 'hot lunch' item which was french toast sticks...and the badass I was , I got french toast sticks anyway, and the teacher pulled me to the back room and started yelling at me for taking the hot lunch instead of cold lunch...I started balling for some reason, it was a depressing day...but at least I ended up with french toast sticks.

Ok, that wasn't so much something I was accused of...just a story I remembered.

If we're going the other way...when I was 5 or 6 and in kindergarten there was this kid who used to bully me. Everyone was outside playing in the snow on a terraced hillside and I was on the bottom. The bully kid was at the top of the hill. I hated him so I picked up a massive chunk of snow to throw at him. My aim and arm strength were poor and the snow fell short hitting another kid in the head. The teachers yelled "who did that?!" and I said nothing. It was odd that I wasn't seen as I made no attempt to hide my actions and was just lucky they were looking the other way.

In 8th grade I was accused by the teacher of taking another guys textbook in science class at the end of the year when we were turning our books in on exam day. I was sent to the principals office until they could figure out what to do and they weren't going to let me take the exam either. I didn't exactly do myself any favors though as I had really bad cursive writing at the time and had recently discovered liqiud paper. So I had white-outed the signature in the textbook and rewritten my name to make it look better.

What really happened was that our class had three guys(including me) that had the same first name with the same last name initial and the teacher had accidentally assigned the wrong textbook numbers to the wrong names. Basically all of the textbooks were accounted for and I guess the guy's signature in the textbook he had was not altered, so they relented and let me take the exam.

Fathering a set of twins on a friend of mine. Never touched the girl... might have, if her bastard of a boyfriend hadn't been in the picture.
