I dated a girl in college who I really liked. We had been going out for about 6 months when one night she didn't come over. I was a bit worried (pre cellphone days), but since we hadn't made any plans, I didn't worry about it too much. Well, she calls me the next day around 6pm. "You're gonna hate me," she says...and giggles. I asked why, so she told me. She had a foursome with 3 guys last night, then decided to go into detail on how she did it.

Ugh....brings a bad taste to my mouth. Luckily I have a great gf now.

How and why would you date a girl that would do something like that? I mean there had to be some signs that she was a little unstable.

Nope, no hint she was unstable. We hung out alot, nothing crazy in the bedroom. Just your avg college girl. Until she gets drunk it turns out. I had only seen her drunk once before, and that was just with me.

As far as the details go, I think my mind shut down after she explained where each guy was.

Why would she explain it? What a heartless, worthless cvnt rag.

Well, they did ask for the worst thing a girl has done. Worst part was the giggling. I dunno, maybe she thought I'd like the idea. Funniest part is, she didn't know why I wanted to break up with her. :)

Yeah...she must have been pretty dumb...unfortunately though...you let go a chick that probably would have given you ass-to-mouth. :(

:D

Well, I've been lucky. I've had several serious girlfriends and I've never had my heart broken. Sure, one ended it because I moved to uni several hundered miles away across sea which hurt, but I could understand why, and it's not as though she cheated on me.

The most pain I've ever had from a woman is from my university girlfriend. We lived together at uni for two years and were very close indeed. University finished, and I had to move home which is kind of abroad. She came with me, but because she was foreign, she really struggled to get a job here. I was flat broke (in fact, thousands in debt) so I couldn't move to where she lived. In the end we were forced to go our separate ways: she went back home and I stayed here. We said that maybe after a year and we'd saved some money we would go travelling, but this never really happened. That was two years ago. We talk fairly often on the phone and get on well. I sometimes sense she still has feelings for me, but she now has a super-healthy good looking boyfriend who's going to join the army in the near future.
When I was on holiday, I even wrote a draft of a letter informing her of my feelings, but decided against sending it for some reason. I have a current girlfirend who's a great girl, but I often find myself thinking of the one that got away.

Women, eh?

I got a kick out of reading this to myself in a british accent

I've tried to type a few of my "got ******" stories but bottom-line:

Women suck. Which is a GREAT and TERRIBLE thing. :(

Told my friends I wasn't good in bed.

Was she fibbing, or are you just pissed the truth got out?

She hadn't enough experience to be judging. Barely teenagers, but apparently it made the rounds. I didn't get many dates afterwards till I switched high schools.

I'm sure I told this one before so I'll be brief, if you want details, PM me.

1). Met the girl in college
2). Fell in love *gag*
3). Dated for nearly 5 years, got engaged
4). Girl was cheating with another guy (told me he was a silly kid friend, like a brother)
5). Found out 6 months before graduation, had already turned down jobs from companies like Intel, HP, etc. to move to her country (New Zealand)
Girl had her friends cover for her lie, girl's sister unknowingly gave me timeline of events--pieced truth together
Girl used her best friend in the lie--told me girl was hooking up said guy with her best friend, when asked best friend knew of no such thing.
Girl mails back engagement ring in padded envelope with no insurance, delivery confirmation, nothing.
Girl never told me what happened even till this day, this was about 3 years ago.

I know it's not good to dwell on the past, but despite having learned a valuable lesson, it still hurts/angers me when I remember--that was almost 5 years of my life I'll never get back.

Cold. :(

Very cold indeed. Cripes.

Yeah, it did change me as a person. I used to be the hopeless romantic guy who always chose love over money. I find it very hard to trust women now. I also don't talk about it with them.

On the other hand, almost every woman I've asked out these few years have yet to say no to me, probably because I don't give a crap hehe. If I need a "romance fix," well I either go and watch a chickflick or one of those sad Korean love story movies.

Might I also add that after I got the engagement ring back, I had my sister sell it back to the jeweler. The jeweler and my sister cried when she asked her what had happened and my sister told the story.

When I got the money back, I used it to buy a 23" LCD monitor hehe. I've since given that away to my friend since I didn't want to have any memories of what happened (OK, I gave it away so I could have an excuse to upgrade).

Stupid holidays! Now I am feeling the loneliness yet the idea of having a gf makes me sick to my stomach. It's time to go spend some money!

I NEVER talk about money with women that I'm dating, I've had many bad experiences with that. I want someone to like me for who I am, not for what I may or may not be able to do for them. I've dated girls that seemed really genuine and would offer to go dutch (not that I let them) turn into total princesses expecting expensive trips, huge shopping excursions (we're talking like 10k fur coats and the like) and get completely turned off when they don't get it. Now when girls ask questions about money I just tell them that I don't like to talk about it. I'm dating a girl right now thats completely ok with that and the fact that I've been driving my 10 year old accord lately, I'm not saying thats the most important thing, but it's definitely big that she seems not to care about how much I have/make.

I wasn't referring to money. I was referring to the story of my past. I don't tell them about my past anymore because it hurts me to talk about it. For you guys, it's easy since I can type all of it, but the moment I open my mouth to utter the words, tears will come out of my eyes.

lmao, my date left me during prom for a friend. I hated prom b4, i really hate it now

Stabbed me with a meat fork, filled the bathtub with food while I was in it, put trash in my food while I was trying to eat it, hid my car keys from me intentionaly to make me late for work, made a $300 phone call to a psychic and tried to deny it even though they recorded her voice, had phone sex with another guy right in front of me, and then I found her with another guy when I came home during a lunch break.

Dated a bipolar chick and pretty much abused me cause at the time I was going through clinical depression and just delt with her yelling, hitting, and saying how she would leave me, go f**ck other guys, and could care less if she never saw me again. I hate her and hope she dies, cause she still is trying to understand why I'm angry. Luckily my new gf is amazing and actually nice.

Stupid bitch.

Aren't you 17? Also sex != love. In any case, sorry that you got hurt, but you've still got a lot of living and learning to do.

What I was thinking...he didnt' even mention sex. Just BJ and make-out. That's pretty far from love, and if that all there was (I assume you may have left something out), I would have laughed at you too if I was the chick.

Don't sweat it; if you are still ~17, you have plenty of time to figure it out.

1. shens
2. had to happen all at the same time. otherwise, no self-respecting human would put up with one of those events long enough to let the others happen.

Well what happened to me was this... Dated a girl for about 6 months, then on Valentines Day she breaks up with me. What was the worst part about it was the way she did it. She broke it off with me through my best friends sister (who hated me in the first place), had her call me up and tell me (laughing at me the whole time nonetheless), that she was letting me know that my girlfriend was breaking it off with me, and going out with her brother now, offically. But apparently, my best friend and her were screwing around on me for about a month before she finally broke up with me... When I confronted them about it they told me to fckoff.

That is COLD blooded...and I had a very similar situation happen to me...minus the engagement part.

Was working a full-time job, going to school full-time and dating a serious girlfriend. I got the demand to move to her location (2 hrs away) or else. SoI quit my job, transfered school right around x-mas...moved in on a Friday...was dumped and kicked out on a Tuesday . No explination...no reason and totally shut me out.

No job, no place to go...was screwed and destroyed. Took me a good year of my life to get that out of my system.

To this day I have some of the same feelings as you but here are three things I learned during that year that made me a better stronger person.

1. The world doesn't stop when you have a Sh!tty Day.
2. No one can make you happy but yourself, and only then can you make others happy
3. You need to find some sort of release to make you feel good about yourself.

At that time I focused on running and working out...and it really helped me...to this day I follow those rules and remind myself not to get to down on myself....

TOMORROW IS ANOTHER DAY is what I say when I want to slit my wrists :D
