I'm just flabbergasted that the OP called waterwold an oldie. I guess I'm weird, but I wouldn't call any movie made in my lifetime an oldie. I probably wouldn't call any movie made in the last 30 years truly an "oldie" -- have you watched any actually OLD movies OP?

Megiddo: The Omega Code II

I love movies about Armageddon but this movie sucked balls. I think I was hoping for something closer to Omega Man and didn?t know this was just a evangelic propaganda flick. The acting and directing could have been done by apes at least that might have made it funny. If Mystery Science Theater should ever come back this movie should be on it.

I've seen many of the movies mentioned here and this one is still by far the worst. I don't mind if a movie bores me... that just mean it's not my type of movie, but when a movie makes me really hate it, that's when it's simply a bad movie. The only redeeming factor of Pledge This! was all the hot girls in the movie.

Didn't expect much going into it, but wanted to watch it for hot chick/graphics. It ended up being so corny and horribly performed that it was painful to watch.

I believe this ranks as my #2.

I liked Speed Racer :(. There were some corny parts but I thought the movie overall was pretty good.

I agree with you. I think if they removed the parts with the kid and the monkey it would've been much better. Those were usually just over the top and not even amusing.

I do not sit through bad movies. But Billy Madison is a movie I watched but did not like or get.

:Q That's my favorite Adam Sandler movie. "Heeeere Mr. Penguin!"

My worst was by far Strange Wilderness. I was drug there by some friends when they decided they didn't want to see "There will be Blood".

I still haven't finished that movie. I watched about half (when they get knocked out by the dude honkin' the horn) and just stopped to do something else. I've never left a movie unfinished but I've purposely kept putting this one off.

I don't sit through bad movies, I either turn them off or walk out.

Saw a "special screening" for The Minus Man and walked out...

Also, the company I worked for (at the time) had a promotion associated with The Blair Witch Project 2. That was another I absolutely could not sit through.

Ironically, those are the only two movies I've seen at a "pre-screening". It made me think twice about going to see Hancock. In fact, we ended up seeing Wanted at a closer theater to avoid the crowd.

edit: exception to the above rule. Sometimes I'm in a mood to watch really bad movies. If I know they are bad going in, well, that makes it OK.

It doesn't count because I didn't sit through it, but I walked out of, and got my money back for "Barton Fink". For a well-reviewed movie, I did not like that POS.

I usually stop watching when I sense that a movie is crap. With that said, I would have to say Vertigo since this was supposed to be a classic Alfred Hitchcock flick. I think Hitchcock owed this guy money and wanted to find a way to make him look cool, so they made a movie where all the bitches for for him.

None, but I do remember watching Saw 3 standing up.

It's no longer SAW god damnit. It's just a bunch of people being tortured.

For me, Vanilla Sky. I was dating a woman that wanted to see it really bad and had gotten free tickets through some promo thing. I couldn't leave because she was enjoying it (and drove) but when it was over, I was so pissed that I would never get that 2 hours of my life back and thought that we still over payed even though it was free.

Bring it on 4: All or nothing....

I had such a bad headache, I had to watch 'The Seeker' to relieve it; yes, it was that bad.

Happiness is the worst film I've ever paid to see in a theater. There are 'bad' movies with weak plots or poor production values or terrible acting, and there are 'bad' movies which are outright offensive, despite a fairly solid cast and direction.

Hah. The greese part in Transporter was a 'little' over the top. It was one of those movies that tried too hard to cater to the action junkies.
