I dunno about the worst, but my friend's family is from Nigeria and he was telling me that crime is so bad in some parts that a group of thugs will walk into a business on a Monday and tell them that they are coming back on Wednesday and that they better have some good stuff for them to steal. Come Wednesday if you don't have the right goods...well it can get kind of nasty apparently.

According to the UN, Niger is the worst country in the world.

There are a number of countries not included in the list though.

Africa is not to bad i believe, there might be one or two countries in the middle that would qualify. And yes, johannesburg has on of the highest rape statistics in the world.

Kind of a vague question... It depends on the person. For example. A jew living in Iran would probably not think the same way as a muslim living in Iran. There are too many factors to consider: race, religion, social status etc. As for a general answer, you can't assume a country is bad just by watching news/videos/propoganda, unless you've actually visited there and witnessed what life was really like there your opinions mean nothing.

HIV is a well known disease and it's seriousness isn't questioned by anyone... Whereas countries that don't happen to be favoured by the American administration are portrayed very poorly through media. People like yourself tend to beleive what they are told rather than judging information for themselves and reaching their own conclusions.
