Movie that scared me the most was the Exorcist. I think that had something to do with my uncle forcing me to watch it while he held me down and me being about 7 years old. I guess he thought it was funny?

From an up to date perspective, the scariest movie imo is Exorcist 3. The old people freaked me out.

probably exorcist... I think the new one... when the girl comes down the stairs backwards... that image haunts me, still... and just gave me goosebumps.

Same here. That movie and the clown doll scene in the first Poltergeist screwed me up for life when it comes to clowns. To this day, my skin crawls if I see the cover of IT on DVD. I can't even look at the evil bastards on TV without cringing.

The Exorcist scared the crap out of me too and I'm ashamed to admit it but I got pretty freaked out the first time I saw the original Blair Witch Project.

you should watch it now that you're older. you'll have a laugh and it may or may not get rid of your phobia.

i cannot. even just flipping to it on TV, i have to run out of the room. :(

The only part of The Exorcist that bothered me was the spinal tap. The single scariest moment I experienced in a movie was the very last scene in Carrie when I saw it in the theater for the first time. Other than that the original Alien was pretty scary as well.

I watched this movie based on someone's recommendation that it was "the scariest movie ever".

My gf and I laughed our a$$es off. It's not at all scary.
