at that time.... the kid lets say 14. the adult was lets say 19 and the other adult lets say 26. say the kid is their inlaw relative side. all of them plays videos games. the kid dont have many friends, the mom got to do something for a week or two so she let the kid hang with you since they all into video gaming. the kid was like a buddie.

vegas is pretty good about attractions for anybody who can walk. lots of rides available (roller coasters, etc), lots of interesting architecture, HUGE game center with attached theaters right on the strip, etc.

So in this "hypothetical" scenario, a mother leaves her 14 year old son for two weeks with someone who does not verbally agree to care for the kid for 2 weeks (or someone else and then the kid shows up), and you are wondering whether said person, who has not agreed to take care of the kid, ought to leave the kid alone when (s)he goes out or take the kid with him/her? Furthermore you suppose that if you do take the kid somewhere, you have to clear it with the mother?

This scenario makes no sense. The correct answer is to call the police and/or CPS because the mother has neglected her child by not arranging for proper guardianship during her absence.
