Street legal != street car.

You can drive the space shuttle down the street legally if you put some turn signals and seat belts on it.

Who said the T1 isn't 😕

You can register pretty much anything to be road legal as long as it has basic mandatory equipment such as turn signals, tail lights, seat belts, a license plate, and can demonstrate that it won't fall apart.

Great so it seems that nut buckets original point was completely irrelevant and erroneous.

Let's return to my original question then: What's the most ridiculous street legal car, my answer is a Caparo T1

Okkie doke. That youtube video is a lie though it's not the fastest street legal car in the world, but fair enough, good suggestion.

Can you find a faster 1/4 pass from a street legal car? There are varying definitions of "fast", but you're going to have a hard time beating that run.

Only if it's produced in very small numbers and not a nameplate that's generally imported. That was the issue with the old R32 GT-R's people wanted.
