Ideal weight for you should be like 160, maybe a TINY bit more. People with stockier builds, more like 180.

NO, i am 5'10" and 150 and I consider myself on the light side. I think 165 is the idea weight for 5'10", with muscles of course.

I'm around 150-155 and 5'10'', want to get to 165 or 170, but more into basketball lately than weightlifting. People say I'm thin, so I figure ideal weight is 165 or 170.

I am 5' 10" and 145lbs. People say I am skinny. I will say ideal will be around 165lbs. Assuming you were toned without a beer gut/pot belly

I agree with 155-165. I'm 5'11 and between 155-165.. I feel better on the heavier side.

These posts all make me feel fat... even though I don't look fat.

I'm about 5'10-5'11 and 185ish.

Depends body type.

My waist is 34" and I doubt I could get it much lower than that (maybe 2" max) because my pelvis is bigger than most peoples'.

I am 5'7 and weigh 175 with a high build (I have no idea what the hell the term for that is). Also, it would depend on what density of muscle and all that other stuff.

I know I am not fat regardless of what any plain jane chart says.
