I guess I would have to say Falmouth down here on Cape Cod? Where the median home price is only $400k, instead of $600k. And the crime rate might be 10 real crimes commited per year instead of 4.

The waterfront near Camden Yards is real nice...but don't get more than a few blocks away from that.

I took a wrong turn coming home from Kennywood (I'm from Cleveland) and I ended up smack dab in the middle of Wilkinsburg. It was late at night, yet there were tons of people outside. That area is baaad.

East Austin. Manor Rd, and East MLK (like everybody else  )

I lived in 78753 for a year, and nothing actually happened to me until the day I moved. :(

Down here, the 70th Street area (Cedar Grove) is very bad, bad enough to have a riot a few years ago <showed on CNN>, then the MLK drive/Sprague street near downtown.

I would agree. I like on 94th. They say Harlem is getting better but my white ass is not walking alone around there. (It is true, Harlem/South Bronx are not what they were 10-20 years ago)

Most of PA qualifies as a 'ghetto' of sorts because it's all delapidated and shyt, but that's not what the OP is talking about.

East Los Angeles/South Central, etc.

I used to live in baltimore, off of Greenmount and it wasn't bad at all. The black people are pretty friendly. People used to think me and my friend were detectives under cover for some odd reason because we didn't fit the profile of the ghetto neighborhood so we used to always trip off of that. I also used to be around Lombard often because there's a barber shop there my friend was going to school at

Now if you're caught in the wrong hood in los angeles, that's a different story... they are NOT friendly.. let me tell you that right now

Jane & Finch and then the Regent Park area of Toronto. But it's been really cleaned up now over the past several years. Much worse back in the 90's
