Porsche Carrera4 (I think)

My GF at the time had a friend in the entertainment industry who was going out of town and asked her to baby sit the car. We took it down PCH from Long Beach to Laguna and went to the Ritz-Carlton for some drinks. I've never seen people fall over themselves to help me. Kinda cool :D

There's nothing like driving down a highway at 120KPH in a go-kart. It was also easy to park, cheap to repair, and great for fishtails on those cold & slippery winter mornings.

Look at the sexy beast!
That sure looks a lot like my old Chevy Chevette.

An Acadian is the Canadian equivalent of the Chavette. Perhaps the only difference between the two models is the interior display pannel. MPH to KPH and all that good stuff.

Once I finish my buildup, my current Accord should be a hoot. Aside from that, prolly a Lancer Evo I drove a few weeks back.

I drove a buddies late 80s model Jaguar 12Cyl ... that car was pretty bada$$ (except that my head had to be tilted ... or the sunroof opened since its a small car, and i have a giant head.

Otherwise .. I'd say my 300M is pretty fun to drive

(Least fun to drive would probably be Dodge Omni, Ford Escort, and Old Chevy Van (full sized early 80s model with a 305) ... Chevy astro isn't too bad. Other minivans I have driven kinda blow. Pontiac Grand Prix is in the middle of the group ... Grand Am V6 is ok but underpowered. Neon kinda sucks ...

truly though, Snomobiles and Jet skis are wayy more fun to drive than cars ...

My car. I've driven cars that were faster, but nothing feels more secure than my little 2700lb go-kart, I know its limits very well.

Actually, driving a fast car really fast can be absolutely terrifying..... depending on the car. Back when I used to race, I got to drive quite a few tuned "supercars" around race tracks... and while it was a hoot.... some were VERY VERY twitchy at the limit. I drove one of Mallett's Corvettes (at the time, a supercharged 427c.i.), and while impressively fast, it went from "completely unflappable" to "damn near out-of-control" in no time. So "riding the line" was a mixture of "this is amazing" and "I'm gonna die!". Of course, not all cars are as twitchy as that one.... a mildly tuned M5 that I drove around the track was a real treat.

As far as sheer FUN... I've driven some tuned Miatas that were a blast. VERY low curb weight, roughly 220-hp, RWD (of course).... lots of fun. And if you start to "lose it", the speeds aren't so ridiculous that you're scared out of your mind. :) While I've driven a LOT of street cars... most are set up for understeer (to keep people from, ahem, eating grass when hotdogging it) from the factory.... so a little tuning can make them a lot of fun.
