hahahah 600.. rofl.. are you stupid or stoned.... no 600 except for the 200k versions the pros race can do 175.... thats 1000 territory.. even on the track our race prepped R6 (about 20k in the bike) would only break 145 on radar on the front straight of Texas World Speedway.
The 1000s would get into the 170s and 180s..
find 1 reputable source that says a 600 will do 175...
You're a moron. I just showed you a video of a 600 doing 182. WTF more proof do you want? I also explained that the speedo is technically off by a little bit - but we're talking less than 10mph.
Other than an actual video of a bone stock 600 doing at least 172 - I'm not sure what proof you need.
EDIT:
not to mention - no ****** "your" race prepped R6 tops out at 145. I'm sure it's geared for the track. (Notice your is in qoutes, as in - I don't believe a word of what you just said.) Not even the "200k pro race versions" are going to it - they aren't geared for highway/top speed.
This is why the zx6rr top speed is less than the zx6r - track/race gearing - Being that you "own" a race bike I'm sure you would know.
EDIT 2:
top speeds as indicated by google (more than one reference for each - I just picked the first couple results, most are as tested by magazines)
Yamaha R6 - 165
gsx-r 600 - 163 (and this was an 03)
cbr600rr - 173
