Some people will never understand why Led Zeppelin was great for the same reason they can't understand why such a "sloppy guitarist" as Hendrix is considered among the best in history. For the same reason they cannot grasp the greatness and relevance of Elvis Presley or The Beatles. For the same reason they cannot understand why Mozart was revolutionary.
Not only do they lack taste, but they lack the ability to put things into historical context.
One can only hope that they grow up, and their musical taste and grasp of historical relevance widens.
