What's it mean if someone has one long finger nail?

Probably dropped the clippers into the toilet. Then they tried to fish it out, but failed. Only then did they notice that there was no hand soap. They were unable to wash their hands, leaving them unable to bite the final fingernail down.
 
I used to have a long left pinky when I sold weed back in highschool (*sigh* those were the days). If you ever meet a Rasta, he probably has one...

I've never seen an asian with the pinky nail though. Pffft could be right, but I doubt it.
 
My grandfather has a long pinky nail and he doesnt do drugs and hes not a business man. I think its just to pick his ear honestly
