We made our own Mojitos this evening with fresh mint and homemade simple syrup.

Beer...as I read up on how to brew my own first batch 🙂... I have a taste for some whiskey but think I wait til after the kids fall asleep... It scares them when i slur. 😛

we wanted to see if it was worth making and it's really easy. you can get the syrup premade at the grocery store, then rum, lime juice and mint. top it off with ice and club soda 🙂
