What's a good way to lose a lot of weight?

I'm very unhappy w/ the way I look and I just want to lose like 60lbs so I can fit into my XL shirts again. What do I do? Something reasonable, not go to a gym and work out constantly. I don't have much to work with meaning weights so all I can do is yard work.

Since you don't have much to work with:

A) Stop eating unhealthy stuff. Cut out soft drinks, candy, fried foods, etc
B) Go out and jog/run or even walk. 20-30 minutes a day to start. Excercise :p

Yeah, I'm dumb, should of thought of that. I have to stop sleeping 16 hour days. Good news is I've dropped the hot dog and iced tea diet. Now I've moved onto Minute Maid Berry Punch and various different foods. I've learned to hate soft drinks since they don't go down easy like juice.

I think what he's trying to say is do calisthenics - basic movements/excercises that in general, use your body weight and keeps you relatively in shape.

Drink nothing but water. Lots of excercise. Push-ups will help, because it gets you moving and burning calories.

I can do it but that doesn't help me lose my big friggin' gut. I love doing push ups but they don't do anything for my torso.

Burns calories, which in time will help reduce your gut.

Fair enough then. You could also try to run 6 miles in an hour. That may help. If you dont want to run, then try walking on your hands. This will give you good shoulders as well.

Atkins... Ive lost 20lbs in 5 weeks!

Walk for an hour each day! The reason youre fat is cause you're not active and you really seem to not have a desire to become active.

If you want something bad enough you'll be willing to do anything to achieve it!

Do not drink Crystal Light. Aspartame is not good for you at all. Water is your best bet. I'm sorry if you don't like the taste... but it is the best way. I don't really like water either, but with a purifier and lots of ice it is bearable.
