I've got that problem right now. I keep forgetting to fax MS some info so they'll give me a new one.

Even though they break, I love the feel of the MS IntelliMouse (NOT Explorer).

logitech or bust!

what frequent battery changes??
i had both the MX700 and MX1000 and have never replace the batteries

just put them on their base after ur done using it and it recharges

anubis, i concur on the weird fancy-wannabe looks... i am using mx300 and it looks exactly like yours except for different coloring.

ive had 3 MS mouse do the same with the double clicking
never buying MS mouse again

I've been more than happy with my MX500. I may upgrade the the MX1000 for wireless, once the price comes down.

man all these mice are huge! just buy a friggen desktop mouse for that much... trackpads definitely suck tho, I don't know why they even put them on notebooks.

any reccomendations on a wireless mouse that has a SMALL, bendable usb receiver, wide range, and one where the receiver fits in the mouse? i've had a hella time finding one :|

mx510 is probably the best mouse out there, the mx1000 is about the same quality/accuracy, but it costs a lot more...

You probably don't need either and can save money and get a M$ mouse or a cheaper logitech...

Had my explorer for 3 years now.. and it just started doing that.. time to switch mice... I can't stand the new Microsoft Wheels they've got on their mice.

MX310 but I am thinking of getting a new mouse soon. I just got one of the Rosewill optical mice from Newegg for $1 shipped - I probably won't ever use it though
