What's a good meal replacement shake/drink?

I'm sort of on a diet. However, the reason why i want to start consuming meal replacement shakes is because i'm lazy. I rarely eat breakfast in the morning and i just want something i can gulp down in a minute while i run off to work.

I'd like something that's low in fat, low in carbs, high in protein, has fiber (not terribly important, but nice), vitamins/minerals, and doesn't taste like crap, thanks!

I don't want to sound accusatory or insensitive, but are you a gross, overweight, greasy fat pig? :Q

I am only asking because you sound like a person who is so lazy that when they drop an M&M it would get lost between the folds of sweaty flesh. Hey, it has happened.

If I am wrong I appologize, but if I am right then maybe you should get off your lazy fat as*, go to the store and buy some decent food to eat.

Just trying to help.

Have a hearty day. :)

Two great choices - Prolab Lean Mass Matrix, or Biotest Low Carb Grow
LMM has a lot more carbs that the Grow. I'd reccomend Grow

Unfortunately, the Prolab equivalent runs double the calories and amount of fat for the same serving, and is geared more toward weight gain (in the form of muscle mass) than weight loss per se.

Depending on Phokus' strategy, that may prove counterproductive.

Heres a tip-I'm cutting too and don't bother with shakes for meal replacements. Eat real food. I don't know how many calories you're eating but I'm at 2700 a day. You need those calories in the morning. Are you exercising? Weights? Cardio? What do you eat Pre/Post Work out? When do you work out? No way you're going to get to 2700 calories a day with a shake.

Its actually only 100 more calories. I find LMM to use higher quality ingredients.

Grow can be used very effectively for fat loss without muscle loss

You should be comparing it to Optimum 100% Whey MRP, although the Complete Protein Diet seems comparable to low carb grow

Actually reading the original post helps a great deal:

The only thing lacking in the Optimum nutrition option would be fibre, which can easily be added via a supplement.

If taste is an issue, I've heard good things about 100% Whey Gold Standard Rocky Road. Additional supplements however would be required as it is not a true meal replacement option.
