I'm sort of on a diet. However, the reason why i want to start consuming meal replacement shakes is because i'm lazy. I rarely eat breakfast in the morning and i just want something i can gulp down in a minute while i run off to work.
I'd like something that's low in fat, low in carbs, high in protein, has fiber (not terribly important, but nice), vitamins/minerals, and doesn't taste like crap, thanks!
