megaupload.com and sendspace.com are the two I've used most... both work fine. Are these other ones better so nobody is mentioning these 2?

I came in here to say this. it takes much less time than trying to get them to understand bit torrent (which was a terrible solution to this in the first place)

yousendit.com should do fine if this is a one time deal. If you want to keep doing this on a regular basis, getting your own ftp server may be better.

Use Truecrypt to encrypt the file under dual-layer 256-bit encryption, then stick the file into a password-protected WinRAR file.
Good luck to anyone who happens to intercept it. :p

This site lets you create multiple free drops up to 100mb each.

Works great for sharing pictures and media with others as well, will even stream video files for you.
