All dem chickens be baring their breasts for me. :D

Nah, I have six fillets to cook over the coming week, I'll probably do two for each meal and just have lots of chicken.

Any good recipes that even a po college student can make?

garlic powder and onion salt. Use to taste. Also check out some of those premade chicken spice mixes. They often have spices in them that would normally be expensive to buy alone. I personally try to stay away from the mixes that contain a lot of msg.

Teriyaki sauce on a grilled chopped boob with steamed veggies on white rice. Easy 10 min chicken bowl, pretty healthy also.

Foreman grill is perfect to use with chicken breast.

I do too. I hate buying chicken breast in bulk because, being a single college student, I can only have so much chicken in a short amt of time. If I leave it in the freezer they tend to get freezer burn really quickly. :(

Amongst my favs is chicken souvlaki.
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon dried oregano

In a small glass or stainless-steel bowl, combine the oil, lemon juice, oregano, the remaining 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.

You can also up the lemon dose and combine with a bit of chicken base. let them soak for a bit and don't overcoook. They become juicy and delicious...doubly so of if get some tsatsiki sauce :D

grab a plate, cover it with aluminum foil
place 2-3 pieces of frozen chicken breast on top of it
put some steak seasoning and canine pepper
stick in the the oven preheated to 375F
after about 30 minutes, keep checking if juice that oozed out of the chicken is dry

Boil in water with vegetables for 1-1.5 hours. The remaining is chicken soup, you add to it boiled noodles.
Cut vegetables and chicken in small cubes, add mayonaise, add pickles (also small cubes).
Enjoy

I usually cook them in a Geo Foreman grill, cut them in strips and add them to a Caesar salad. Love it.

Best simple recipe ever:

Put a little butter in a bowl, microwave it till it melts but not until it begins to boil and evaporate into nothingness.

Spread the butter over the chicken breasts with a brush, or your hands if you are brushless.

Sprinkle some pepper over the meat, as well as some of your favorite seasonings. I am a fan of pepper+Chef Paul PrudhomeomeomehejamesIcan'tSpellHisName' Poultry Magic, or some basic Lawry's seasoning salt works well.

Add a pretty generous amount of garlic power and onion powder. This is pretty important if you're a garlic/onion kind of guy as myself.

Bake at 350 for however long it takes for the temperatures to reach safe levels. You'll likely find 180 degrees in many recipies, but 160 is generally fine for white meat. It's the dark meat you need to be careful with. I use Tyson Tenderpressed breasts and they take ~35 min in a conventional oven, or like 10 minutes in a convection oven. If only I had one at home...

Very simple, but some of the best damn chicken you'll ever eat. Extremely juicy, and pretty good for you. You can substitute olive oil for the butter if you want it to be very healthy, but it doesn't taste quite as good in my opinion.
