whatever it is, just make sure its juicy. I f-ing hate dry chicken breast.
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon dried oregano
In a small glass or stainless-steel bowl, combine the oil, lemon juice, oregano, the remaining 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.

Best simple recipe ever:
Put a little butter in a bowl, microwave it till it melts but not until it begins to boil and evaporate into nothingness.
Spread the butter over the chicken breasts with a brush, or your hands if you are brushless.
Sprinkle some pepper over the meat, as well as some of your favorite seasonings. I am a fan of pepper+Chef Paul PrudhomeomeomehejamesIcan'tSpellHisName' Poultry Magic, or some basic Lawry's seasoning salt works well.
Add a pretty generous amount of garlic power and onion powder. This is pretty important if you're a garlic/onion kind of guy as myself.
Bake at 350 for however long it takes for the temperatures to reach safe levels. You'll likely find 180 degrees in many recipies, but 160 is generally fine for white meat. It's the dark meat you need to be careful with. I use Tyson Tenderpressed breasts and they take ~35 min in a conventional oven, or like 10 minutes in a convection oven. If only I had one at home...
Very simple, but some of the best damn chicken you'll ever eat. Extremely juicy, and pretty good for you. You can substitute olive oil for the butter if you want it to be very healthy, but it doesn't taste quite as good in my opinion.
