Yep, Rad8500 (and 8500LE) and GF4TI cards are your best bet. If you go Rad8500 then double check that it has dual display support, some offer the ports but can't do it as they only have 1 RAMDAC. GF4TI cards which sport more than 1 port (pretty much ALL of them sport 2/3) are capable of dual display, the GF4TI cards are much more standardised just like the Rad9000 cards are, but Rad9000pro aren't really GF3 perf though.
Rad8500 ($90ish) cards are great, just double check the abilities and clocks before you buy. GF4TI4200 ($130ish) are also great cards, esp when it comes ot AA, high quality Aniso and taking advantage of faster CPUs (Ath1.4ghz+ / P4 1.6ghz+). As said most cards come with CRT+DVI+TVout (or VIVO) and you simply have to use a DVI-to-CRT adapter which are cheap to buy if they aren't included (another thing to check).
