So people talk to me while I'm pissing, no biggy. As long as they don't reach out and touch (faith) me, I couldn't give a rat's ass.

And you are straight?
I love straight people who go to gay clubs. The pinnacle of security.

the women in gay clubs are freaking hot. But you gotta watch how drunk you get on Cross Dressing night, because some of them start to look better than the women they're impersonating!

If you can't tell, does it really matter?

My point was that it shows a lack of maturity for you to even have to ask.

Now if you walked in and he was banging some guy, then yes, I could understand your QUESTION.

but since he was just in there taking a piss like every other male human I see no point or reason for your question other than you're retarded.

Again, stop with your generalization and assumptions. I'm asking a valid question, because one of these days, you will law suits with this exact setting. Simply give your opinion on the matter would be fine, instead of going on personal attacks, that does show your maturity and idiocy.

I could careless on what you think of the matter, it irks me that you rather attack the person asking the question, rather than addressing what's being asked. If you look at the matter from a legal point of view, it could potentially create problems for employers somewhere down the road.

Not me personally, but someone eventually will be bothered by this matter, and HR will have a mess on their hands. You think by debating the question of what YOU would do is retarded? No sir, I think you are.

how? the gay man is a man. he is in the men's room. do we have to create separate bathrooms for gay people? your post is completely retarded, just like the poster. as i already said, you're just a troll

Man, aren't you retarded! You live in a world where people will sue each others for hurting themselves with their own stupidity and you don't see potential law suits for something like this in a corporate settings. I'm not saying that I am or will ever create or have a problem with this, I'm stating the obvious that there will be potential problems.

Trolling much?

Obvious that there will be potential problems with this? Maybe many years ago, but not today.

Majority of the population realizes there are plenty more serious things that are more than just potential problems. Where have you been?

Yea, I'm straight. One of my best friends is gay, so I go to gay clubs every now and then with him.

People usually tell me they go because it's a really relaxed atmosphere. Not many fights, everyone is happy, everyone loves to dance.

yeah but the assless chaps gets the chairs messy! :disgust:

I've never see that, and hope I never do...

I don't really understand why you are interested in this question. To answer it anyway, it would never occur to me to deviate from my normal bathroom behavior in that situation.

Many years ago we used to have co-ed restrooms, not today (none that I know of). What changed?

Absolutely nothing. I would do what I went in there to do, wash my hands, then leave. It would be no different than if anybody else were in there. Hell, I've walked in the men's room after hours while working late while the janitor, who happened to be a woman, was in there cleaning and did my business and left. Get a fvckin eyefull, wtf do I care?

I had one very hot girl next to me start talking. it started because i had dropped my shampoo. she started telling me how bad it was to use etc. i told her it don't matter since i was loseing my hair. so we start talking about it etc.

it was just a little weird talking to a girl in the shower. then again i was a slight nerd..

What do you do for transgenders? Do they go to the men's bathroom or the women's bathroom? Alot of the continuing education for lawyers currently addresses this topic.

Well I'm not going to argue against that. When that comes up, we'll take it from there. If they want to use the women's bathroom. go for gold. men's? do it to it.

Okay Snail...listen up. First, I never denied the state of my retardedness, that's not the point of debate. I'm comfortable with my retardedness. You, obviosly, are not comfortable with yours.

Moving on though....It's clear to me from reading your rantings that you're one of those types of people who likes to stick his foot in his mouth, or say something stupid, or insanely wrong, then NEVER admit he's wrong. Or even concede that your point and/or question is even SLIGHTLY invalid. In fact, you ante up even more drivel, and get so far off your original topic in an effort to confuse/change the situation that you only serve to make yourself look even worse.

I'm done with you Mr. Snail.

Be gone before I make Escargot out of you! :p

I'd like to turn to one in a bathroom sometime and ask, "Do you think this will get her attention? Be honest now..."

At least have identified the problems. :p

I think the problem with this is that you approached this subject wrognly. My OP was a series of questions, no statements were ever made. You assumed that my questions reflect what I think of the situation, which to most people that likes to jump to conclusions, it's a logical path.

If you factor in everything that's going on in the world today, my OP questions and further addendum are in the least bit invalid. Next time, please address the question at hand with logic instead of emotion, you'll feel much better and perhaps alleviate the retardation. ;)
Be gone before I make Escargot out of you! :p
Are you hitting on me?

What would you do in that situation, walk out?

I'm confused, is the "openly gay guy" wearing a name tag that says "Hi, I'm Gay"? How would you even know? I don't know about everyone else, but people don't go running around my office announcing their sexual preference. It's a business setting and the "PC" thing to do is MYOGDB.
