Jeb will not be a candidate. There's too much baggage with the Bush name right now in the country. Even some GOP politicians are trying to distance themselves from the presidency to ensure their own reelection.Originally posted by: techs
I would hope Americans are so totally disgusted with this Bush that any future Bush will be rejected.
If Jeb tries to do to the US what he has done to Florida, well, God help us.
He might try after the next 2 terms specially if the next president is a democrat and turns out to be a failure - or US gets another 911 style attack in his presidency.
The other thing to remember is that he lost a lot of credibility in the Schaivo case. Majority Americans were against Govt interference in that private matter and we all know the lengths to which Jeb went. Yeah he might have won the fundamental right but he lost the majority.
A successful Democrat? can those 2 words be used in a sentence together?
Now that was funny!!
Hahahaha
Ok seriously Clinton was not great, but he was good and he was a success... I shouldn't have to mention JFK as well, before he got shot. And who knows, if Nixon had been elected the first time we might not be here. So I don't think it is fair for you to say that considering the failure we have in office now, and thats what he is no matter how you cut it, he's a failure.
