Jimbo well sense i will never be parnet, never have kids, etc 110% sure. Then i really do not know. But i know one thing for sure. I would be very angry. I would take away something that person really liked to do at home like watch tv, go on the computer,etc. Sorry to say this but kids are out of control these days i find. I would not put up with it at all.

That's severely unappropriate. Punishment, for sure. But, depending on his age, punishment could be anything from a local conversation with your young adult about things like that in appropriate places and times, or ...well, nevermind.

Ah ok I densly assumed you meant it was your kid and wanted to know what you should do.

Another odd thing is it says he was sitting in a chair but it occurred on the practice field. When I went to school there were never any chairs there just benches, not that it matters. Then again when I went to school we didn't have kids getting head in plain sight either.
