minendo well it needs to be illegal/banned in all states and the whole world forever, plus everything else too. Plus they need to have a punishment as if you break the rule your tax goes up for just you forever, you have to pay $500,000 +, etc.

Well you would never have to worry if you did not have kids ever. I can just tell how kids are now a days. It is getting worst everyday sorry to say. I know one my teacher said her husband is always hearing about 8 year olds having a baby in the hospital. Well i guess next will be 6. I am sorry but this needs to be stopped right now. I bet if we said if you never ever do anything you will get $1 million dollars then we could help stop some of this. I know its not the best way but its one way maybe.

Ok since you think making oral sex illegal will stop the current problems in the US and orphans. I think the government should enforce rations on all residents of the US so that obesity is no longer a problem.

Did you know if Florida Oral was illegal? I was a little shocked to find this out. I would think they should be encouraging oral because there is not the chance of getting pregnant. Can someone please help me understand the reasoning behind why first off Oral sex is illegal, and second, why the government can legislate a private citizens sexual taste (no pun intended). I bet 90% of the legislators are getting oral every night from their secretaries.
