Stimulus Package - Adopt a Rich Guy

I say those of us who are getting one of these $600 stimulus checks in the mail should sponsor someone who was unfortunate (made too much to qualify) enough not to get one. We can build a website and take in applicants of the unfortunates. We have the responsibility to put this money into the hands that put it into the hands of the government.
