I had 2 hours of warranty left from newegg on my GFX, My GFX card has a problem, a defect/failure now I paid $346 for this card(6800gt) They do not have any 6800GTs on there website. What will they do? 
I think they are going to give me a price equivalent Video card
This one
is the only one that?s is the highest priced one that fits my 346 budget.
What do you think they would do?
 
The cardis defective it has had this problem for 2 months I ram'ed my mobo b/c I tought that was the problem and now I got it back it still has the same problem.
Newegg can not null my warranty b/c I got it 2 hours before it ended. It is well with in the time they state on there site. it does not say 2 hours before the warranty expirers you may not request an rma.

Here is a messege I recived from newegg.
Now what shuold I do send it to XFX and then I am 100% sure I get a 6800gt back or should I go with newegg, thus being if they dont have a comparable card they refund all my money. But they could have one but it could be a 6800xt wich is less then my card.
What should I do, send to xfx or neweeg

However, we cannot answer your questions directly this time. Once your return arrived, but this particular item is out of stock, we will contact you in a timely manner regarding to the issue. If it is possible, you will be presented with a comparable replacement and/or the current market value of the RMA item. If we do not have a comparable substitute to offer at this time, rather than keep you waiting until we receive another shipment, we will refund your original payment source. We apologize if this inconveniences you in any way. Since this is determined by our RMA department after they inspected your returned item, we cannot guarantee what kind of comparable item we will offer you or how much we will refund you. We must inspect your return firstly.
In addition, please kindly note that all accessories that were included with the item should be returned to us. Since we are not in the position of RMA issue, I have forwarded the information to our RMA department to see if we can make an exception to process this RMA without the accessories. Please kindly note that we can also not get the RMA service from the manufacture without the accessories. Once I received the feedback, I will keep you up-dated. For your reference, you may also contact XFX at 800-255-8048 or visit their website at http://www.xfxgraphics.com/ for further assistance. They will be more able to assist you with the replacement.
