I imagine it'd be the heat generated by the nuke that would have the biggest impact on the hurricane, rather than the force generated. Who knows. I'm sure somewhere far off in the future mankind will invent some kind of weather control system... assuming we don't accidentally annihilate ourselves through some crazy experiment. Speaking of which, anyone have updated info on that Black Hole Generation experiment where they collide to particle together with enough force to create a tiny black hole?
