Oops forgot auto transmission, in that case $20,500 out the door (after TTL) is what you should shoot for.
2) Play dealers against each other. I've done this and it works great.

what's ttl? so 20,500 including destination charges and tax and all that good stuff? hmm.

yea i'm working on that one... actually i've been keeping in contact with two salesmen from the same dealership (one's internet).. that'll be interesting.
