Eh, it passes the time.

I mostly just post like that to get a rise out of everyone. Yes, my job is that boring. I'm actually a good guy with a normal life like the rest of you. Sometimes work is boring so I post like a moronic, slack jawed-yokel to read all the hilarious responses.

I wish I could do some work on the side, but no green card, I can only work for my company at the moment. And I am not one of those people to go around the system, or get paid under the table (this I consider if a friend).
I had people ask me a couple of times to do somethings for them on the side, I would have enjoyed too ... bummer.

Below are sidees that have done in the last 5 years, and prior to that I did networking/database/and minor coding as side jobs.

Bathroom reno, sub soil drainage install/repair, storm/building sewer replacement, potable water pipping install/replacement, water filtration system, desalination system, irrigation & lawn sprinkler install/repair, water well pumps install/repair, boiler/furnace install/repair, AC/heat pumps install/repair, ductwork install/repair, tile/hardwood install/repair, and landscaping.

Right now not much (assuming you mean money making stuff, not hobbies). Later on I want to do webhosting though. I have a whole control panel to code before that. I really don't see why pay so much for cpanel when I can code my own. Will cost more time, but save lot of money and even if you go by the time=money, I will still save in the long run. Also easier to support if something goes wrong as it's my own code.
