So I've been thinking about picking up a few KB's and saw a mention of performbetter.com on crossfit's forum...not having done KB exercises before, how would I know what weights to buy so I don't waste any money?
I'm 5'11", in good shape, go to the gym 3-4 times a week when I'm home (on the road, it's a matter of if there's a gym around and my schedule).
For instance, can I approximate a good weight for turkish getups by using a dumbbell? Also, the swing with both arms from between the legs to a little over head-height seems like an often used move...
