What was your last home project and what is your next home project?

I usually pre prime jambs and trim to save time. Fresh colors and new ceiling white (always), are a dopamine rush. I also put sills back into this house which was worth the effort.

That's my program. Always use sills and pre primed material. I don't round off the horns though, I'll return them if it's a really visible area, but that's pretty rare.

I'll cheat if the drywall and corner bead are perfect and just do the trim. It's a little hokey but I tried it on one window and it's undetectable from 3 feet away. For reasons I don't understand the drywall guys did an exceptional job in my house. It was one of the last one's in the development so they may have padded out there hours by doing a better job.
