Right when I turned 16, I got a job at Joann's fabrics and crafts...cutting fabric and ringing people up (3 months).

Then I got a job at Sears (year and a half)

Now I work in the pharmacy at Walgreens.. (so far a year and a half) :|

Cheers,
KiM

I used to umpire baseball games and worked in a restaurant when I was 15-16.

yard mowing, and city water meter reading. $10 for up to a 1 acre yard, and $.25 per water meter that I read. (I was making about $300 a month all together)

edit: I was 10 if memory serves me right. (of course no taxes where taken out)

I was in the process of going through interviews with them a few years back, but my school schedule wouldn't allow it. I was going to be doing Dell support supposedly.

Mine first "under the table" job was working at my dad's car wash doing all the detail work, I was paid cash.

My first legit job was working at a 5 star resort as a bus boy, I'd load the dirty dished into the dishwasher machine, prep silverware in the cloth napkins and reset tables.

I quit after about 2 weeks though when my boss pissed me off, I called her a dumb bitch and threw my apron at her.

I worked in a machine shop in S. Florida. It was a living hell. It was hot and humid in the summer and hard work when I had to wash the metal parts in kerosene (but sometimes I got to sit on my butt doing other jobs), and every night I came home grimy and my clothes and skin smelled like oil. Even washing my work clothes didn't remove that stench. I couldn't take it any longer so I quit.
