1967 Chevy Malibu, powerglide 2 speed automatic, two-tone blue and white. Bought it in 1978 for I think around $800 - $900. Fun car.

My cousin didn't notice the transport ahead of him and its rear end fvcked up the car's front end. And that was after my other cousin had something run into the rear end and mess that up. As for me, I had it a couple months before getting a full sized Chevy pickup to drive into the rear side just between the wheel and the trunk. Pressed the side a good six inches in. Insurance wrote it off, which covered repairs, and I drove it up to this week. Repairs were eating me alive, though.

Anyone interested in buying it? 😛

Insurance fraud like that is what makes me pay so much for fscking insurance.

I hope you die.

That's not fraud.

They wrote it off and let him keep it, it happens!

(Unless the pick-up accident was arrainged..)

85 Volkswagon Jetta non-turbo charged Diesel baby, brand new in 85. All 4 cylinders totaling 1.8 liters made a whopping 52 ponies. Had five speeds, needed 10, but handled incredibly well.

Picked up an 81? Olds Cutlass 350 diesel shortly after for a work car. No comment needed on that dog. Alot of reasons why that was so cheap.

1988 Accord LX-i. It was a great car. Lasted me from when I was 16 into my third year of college, but by that point 16 midwestern winters had rusted a hole in the floor in the rear and I had to get rid of it. Loved that car though, it got me through a lot and never let me down. 217,000 miles on it when we sold it and it still didn't burn any noticeable amount of oil between oil changes.

93 Chevy S-10, V-6, Standard. Great truck, though i treated it like crap. Got nailed in the rear end and traded in for a Saturn.
I miss it sometimes.

Oldsmobile Delta 88. Bought it from the guy my mother was married to at the time...except he didn't quite get around to signing over the title; kept telling me the insurance (which I was paying) was cheaper that way. After they split up, he showed up at the house one day and "borrowed" the car, and I never saw him or the car again.

1987 Cadillac Cimarron, or as my friends called it a Cadilac Cavalier. Hand me down from the parents. That POS car could only drive for 2-3 miles before it overheated 🙂

1967 Cougar with a 427 side oiler - never got it running
1970 Cougar with 351 Clevland was my first working car.
1974 TransAm with a SD 455 bored over to 488 (8liters) w/ nitrous was my fastest
many cars later
1991 Geo Prisim was my lamest car

1991 Black 2 door Accord EX

Purchased for $2800 with 105K miles on it... driven for 2 years and it was stolen with 135K on it...

1968 red Chevy p/u long bed

Sweet! I had a 1970 orange long bed w/ wooden bed floor and 3 on the tree. Twas a sweet ride. R.I.P.

Interesting. Mine was an automatic. Thing is, exactly 1 month to the day after buying it, the motor locked up on it while I was sitting in a parking lot. Got it towed home, pulled the motor, and found a cap thrown up into one of the cylinders. A buddy of mine had a block in his grandmothers garage that he sold me for $100 bucks. Ran the numbers on the block. Come to find out, it was a corvette .327ci block. So, I placed the original .350 heads and intake on it and damn, that thing would scream then. I took the original bench seat out of it and placed bucket seats in, replaced all the door panels, glove compartment lid, with wood. Built another compartment in the middle between the seats. It was a sweet ride while I had it.

My cousin had a '70 Ford swb that was sweet also. His originally had 3 on the tree but he replaced that and put it in the floor.
