I also forgot....I once traded a free boat for a free mystery (shoe)box. After all there could be anything in the mystery box......even a boat!!!

It was Magic: the Gathering trade. Back when I was 14 I traded a Vesuvan Doppleganger for three mostly-useless cards out of Legends. Actual value was equal, but as far as using the cards it wasn't by a long shot.

Buying 1967 Impala with 427 and putting motor in my 67 chevelle. This was in 78 when it wasn't worth much. Rest of car went the crusher. :(

I once traded an rc car with radio, 4 batteries and a charger for an already out of date video card (voodoo16) and atick of 256 pc133

The worst trade I ever made was when I gave up the rights to Kobe Bryant for Vlade Divac.

bought a 50 dallor skyhawk alum case + 50 dallor skyhwk 400w power supply to later found out that they are crappy :(

end up spending 80 bucks for a antec sonata and happy ever after

Well, in somewhat recent history (last year) I paid $45 for a USB 2.0 card reader. I didn't really care about price at the time, I just wanted one, so I paid a high price, unfortunately. Worst deals I probably made when building my first computer back in 8th grade. I bought everything at Fry's.
