Is there anyone that knows that area enough to know what building that is in hte lower left of the screen?? If you could figure out if its on the south side of the 2 buildings then, you know they are looking north while taping that. Just a suggestion.

OR

Which building is the south/north or east/west building?? If you know that, then you can figure from which direction the video was shot from.

if you look, you can see it fly into the smoke from the first tower, then it appears later and looks like its coming out of the tower itself. Odd

another theory--

Most missles arent armed until seconds before impact, about 1-3 seconds, therefore if it misses the warhead isnt armed, and the missle can safely hit anywhere without exploding, perhaps the bay?

This is an overhead shot if someone can do the location matching and geometry to calculate a trajectory.
