What vid card would go good with this?

What size is your monitor and at what resolution will you be playing games at (assuming this pc is being built to play games)? I would be kinda leary of purchasing a "$300" card with that Ultra power supply.

Yeh I definitely wouldn't go any higher than an HD4890 or GTX275. You should get good performance and, hopefully, not ruin the power supply. In fact, if you're willing to spend $300, I'd suggest getting the HD4890/GTX275 and getting a good sub-$100 power supply, like one from Corsair or Antec.

Exactly. And after you replaced the power supply you've ruined the savings from the barebone, so you might as well piece it together from scratch yourself O.P..

Not sure if you noticed it, but neither my nor TD's combo includes an optical drive. So, if you want to be able to install your OS add on an extra ~$25 for a DVD burner.

Another good PSU option is the Corsair 750TX, but I opted for the PCP&C for this build simply because I know it's a good PSU (I've owned one) and it's $10 less than the Corsair.

my monitor size is a 24" HD Dell Monitor, capable of 1920x1080. Other than that, I can find Intel Core i7 920 for about $200 which will save some money. Right now the situation stands as I pretty much have everything but video cards. But I will look into the HD4890/GTX275!

Considering the HD4890 can generally be had a bit cheaper than the GTX 275 now and the HD 4890 has much better OC headroom, don't look too hard. 😀
 
I've ordered 2x GTX 260 at a extremely low price. ($124 per 1 card). Had one of my cousins also order one in that way I can use two rebates and save $60.

None of the tests done by Anandtech really show this. crossfire review (COD 5). The i7 and Phenom II X3 are the fastest and slowest processors tested, but they're still within 10% of each other. Modern games are almost entirely graphics limited. I'm still using an E6600 from 3 years ago and games as recent as Fallout 3 don't use much more than about 70% of it.
The only game that really shows a solid advantage of the i7 is Left 4 Dead, and that's because L4D has very low video requirements and all of the processors get over 100fps anyway.
