I need to buy a pan for cooking and I am not sure if i should get a pan with just a stainless steel interior or one with a non-stick coating (eg, black coating). I heard the stainless type last longer and are safer since theres no coating that will come off during use, but stainless means the food comes out burnt if i don't add enough oil. so, what type of pan do you use and what type do you recommend I should get?
