Law & Order in most any permutation, in addition to most of the aforementioned (Seinfeld, Friends, Family Guy, Simpsons)

As someone already mentioned, Seinfeld has been embedded into our social culture for years now and I expect it to continue for years now. Shows like LOST and 24 you can't really tell yet.

off centre, i loved that show but too bad WB cut them so they couldn't continue their season 2 and so on.

Simpsons
Friends
ER
Law & Order
Seinfeld
Frasier
Mystery Science Theater 3000 (eternal cult following)
Star Trek

And probably a few others, I don't actually watch much TV.

Family Guy won't live to see the next generation. Its recycled pop culture jokes and excruciating repetitive material will date itself very quickly. No re-watch value and a writing staff that is quickly exhausting itself.

Edit: I missed your "Recently (1998 - Now)" comment. My bad.

It's a shame that the show isn't nearly as good as it was in the first and second seasons, but even now it isn't so bad compared to the other cartoons they show on television now.
