What TV shows will be remembered years from now?

As in, what shows recently(lets say 1998 - now) will be the shows that are remembered today like "I Love Lucy" "Green Acres" "Leave it to beaver" and all those shows.

Basically what will be "Nick at Night" material 30 years from now

friends/seinfeld esp seinfeld which had catch phrases and such that permiated the culture
oprah
conan

lost, too early to say, it could go down hill like alias/felicity did.

i dont know if shows like 24 or the shield will be nick at night material

in most classics there is a problem followed by high point and a solution/resolution all in 30 minutes to an hour...and the episodes can be played in any order

24 and such shows require the viewer to watch week after week since the shows are all linked and they have to be watched in a particular order

most classics are fun because you can watch any time and not be commited to the whole series in order to see an final outcome.

seinfield, everyone loves raymond, and friends are shows that are virtually a lock to be classics for a long time. (although I personally think friends is a POS show.) Lost might be remembered as a revolutionary TV show, but I don't think you'll be seeing repeats 2 decades from now because of the complete lack of containment within single episodes.
