I am not sure why, but sometimes I feel like tossing the cookies when I am on a turbulent plane. I can do 12 hour flights no problem, but if you throw in some turbulence, I feel like dieing, and not moving. I am taking a rather chaotic flight (3 segments) down to Costa Rica in 2 weeks, and I want to feel the best ... any advice as to what I can take?
