so you broke the trust of your s.o. and were in a compromising situation, which it seems you set up.
ie the two of you falling asleep watching tv, then you are mad at her for reading mixed signals from you

imagine for a minute what your s.o. might see in all this and that leads me to this recommendation

As for the gf, I'd tell her. Having been in a similar situation, nothing good comes of letting someone get a hold on you that is attracted to you and willing to go to any lengths to get you (if you aren't interested, of course )

Use some common sense. Any woman that gives you a bj when you are asleep knowing that you are in a committed relationship is hoping to use sex to sway you, and will eventually use it against you if you don't respond in the way that she wants you to. TRUST me.

I fell asleep at my friend's house once, and I woke up to my friend's gf ..uh.. servicing me manually if you get my drift. I did not encourage it, but I also didn't talk about it, and later on, it turned into a big drama that could have been avoided had I been honest with my friend about what happened immediately. Not the same thing, but still...if you love your girl, tell her, and she will likely get mad, but at least she will know where she stands with you.

Or live with it. I was born with herpes (oral type), and I'm used to it. With proper diet, exercise, stress and sleep management, they're never a problem.
