I don't need one, I have inconsiderate neighbors with a dog.

But the real answer is when my wife kisses me goodbye every morning at 625a *grumble*. I work from home and don't have to log in till 830ish.

5 AM, snooze 'til 5:20 or 5:30.

Work starts at 7 AM but I'll show up at anywhere between 6:30 and 7:30. I like to be wild and unpredictable.

5:00am but my clock is about 10 minutes ahead - so really 4:50am. Usually drag myself out of bed by 5:32am (real time - not what clock says) and am at work by 6:00am every morning.

that's a good idea, i should set my clock ahead 10 or 15 minutes - would give me some leeway, provided i can fool myself

02:45am, Mon-Fri

For many, many years, more than I care to count, I was out of bed somewhere between 0230 and 0245...at least 5 days per week...but usually 6 or 7 days per week. Putter around the house, making coffee, getting ready for work...then out the door by 0345-0400.

Y'know...I just don't fucking miss that shit one little bit. ()🙂

No alarm...don't work until 2PM but still sleep at 2AMish. I don't really like staying up all night and sleeping in until I go to work...can't get anything done.

Sleep deprivation is rare...one of the real perks of my schedule.

7am on weekdays and none on weekend. If I'm lucky I'll actually be asleep when it goes off. Between the cats or the dog or the kids, one of them is bound to wake me up before that to tend to their needs(or, in the cats' case, just to be a dick about it and meow endlessly for no apparent reason).
