Only need to set an alarm when I have an IT-related appointment a couple times a week. Otherwise I just sleep till I wake up, usually around 230-300 pm. (2ed job = graveyard shift)

Changes pretty much every morning. Will probably set it to 8AM this morning. I'd say the typical range is from 6AM to 8:30AM.

I've never needed or used an alarm. I just wake up when I need to, whatever time that may be.

currently, 8 am... working from home for the next month or so while my leg is in a cast. getting up at 8 gives me time to wash up, go to the bathroom, and log into work by 8:30 am.

when I had to commute, it was set to 5:45 am so I could be out the door by 6:30-ish and in the office by 8:30.
