I alternate between two schedules most of the time. I either sleep from 6pm till about 1am, or from about 5am till about noon.
is the EST necessary? :awe:
I would assume everyone is giving the time in their local time zone.
once upon a time I survived on 4 hr sleep for a period of ten years. Can't do that anymore, I am on 6 now.
When my eyes open and I can't force them to stay closed...or when my back starts screaming at me to get up and move around...or when I have to piss so badly that I just can't put it off any longer.
For many years, I was up by 0230-0300 6 days per week, out the door by 0400 and if I had a "short day," I was home by 2030 or 2100 every night. (that's 8:30 or 9:00 PM for the rest of ........hours of sleep.
why did you have to wake up so early??
I usually wake up at 8.20 and I am at work by 9-9.15. Then sleep sometime between 1.30-3 am
6:30 weekdays, 10-10:30 weekendsMe despierto a las cinco de la mañana.
