I also remember hearing somewhere else, its a morning lift. IMO, there will still be a race of who breaks first for some web hittage. Makes things interesting 🙂
 
25% performance increase over a GTX470, which puts it about 15% faster than an HD5870. I am guessing HD6950 will be faster by more than 15% over an HD5870.

Depends. Some NDAs go off PST, some don't.

Some sites will start leaking reviews for the early traffic, others (like Anand) wait until the real NDA lift.
